As TCGL is part of an USA corporation (CONAIR USA), some of the personal data collected from you is transferred to our services providers that are established in the USA territory such as  DEMANDAWARE (Host our site), SILVERPOP ( Newsletter management) BAZAARVOICE( Ratings and Reviews management) and BARCLAYCARD (payment processing provider).


All these services providers have joined the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.  the European Commission and
